Method
Making /Baking of Katories.
- Mix all purpose flour ,whole wheat flour and Sooji .Add salt ,baking soda and oil to it .
- Mix well .Add milk .Mix it well with the flour .It will appear crumbly.
- With warm water make a tight dough .It should be soft but tight .
- Do not use lots of water.
- Cover the dough for 15 minutes .

- Divide Dough into six parts.

- Make tight dough balls of the same size.

- Roll the dough ball according to your muffin tin size .Prick it with a fork.

- Cover the muffin tin pockets with the rolled dough.

- Pre- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- Bake the muffin tray for around 8-10 minutes till it looks light brown .Your time can be slightly less or more depending on your oven .

Making of Chaat
- Assemble every thing inside the katori .
- Top it with all kinds of chutney and garnish .
- Your katori chaat is ready to relish .
- Enjoy.
