Greek Tomato Fritters (Air Fried+ Pan Fried)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Big Tomatoes ,chopped
  • 1 Small Onion,chopped
  • ¼ Cup Parsley
  • ¼ Cup Mint
  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Cup All purpose Flour

Method
 

  1. After washing and drying all the veggies chop them finely.
  2. If your tomatoes have too many seeds remove them before chopping.
  3. Mix all the seasoning ,all purpose flour. Make sure you mix everything properly with your hand or spoon .
  4. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed Pan.
  5. When its hot place one big spoon ful at a time in a shape of a fritter.You can use cookie dough scooper as well.
  6. Fry from both sides ,or till they look crispy and golden.
  7. Serve them with a dip of your choice.
Cooking in the air fryer
  1. LIne the air fryer basket with parchment paper or any liner.
  2. Place fritters on them .Do not over crowd them.I have kept only 3-4 at a time.
  3. Turn them around while cooking for perfection.
    If needed brush them with a little oil on both sides.
  4. Enjoy with a dip of your choice.
