- Heat oil in a big pan or wok and add minced garlic and chopped ginger.Fry on high heat till they look golden in color and a lovely aroma is coming.
- Add mushroom ,salt ,black pepper and stir fry for 1 minute or till mushroom is golden brown and caralized from both sides and has reduced a little in the quantity .That wont take more then 1 minute.
- Add scallion,fresh chilies ,and both peppers. Saute once to mix everything.
- Add the sauce mix and rice to the wok.Mix nicely without breaking the grains.
- Give it a taste and garnish with scallion.Enjoy!!
