French Crepe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 ½ Cup Whole milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter unsalted and melted
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a blender ,mix everything together.It should be a smooth batter.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes .
  3. Take a non stick pan.
  4. Coat it with little butter.
  5. Take ¼ cup of batter and make a thin crepe ,by moving pan with your wrists.
  6. Cook until its golden .
  7. Flip it with a spatula.
  8. Serve with the topping of your choice.
  9. You can freeze this crepe for about two weeks .
