Method
- Clean Mushroom and slice them into four parts. If they are very small than two parts.
- Take a pan,and add oil to it.
- Add black mustard seeds,curry leaves,dry red chili and asafoetida powder to it .
- Let them crackle.Now add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chili powder,cumin powder,salt and coriander powder to it.
- Add two tbsp of water if it's sticking to the pan.
- Add mushroom,mix everything and cover.
- Cook the mushroom till it's done according to your taste and coated with all the spices. It will be reduced in quantity by half.
- Garnish with some fresh cilantro and serve.
