Method
- Make a fine powder of Dhaliya.
- Mix rice flour ,dhaliya powder ,salt ,chili powder,ajwain properly and then add hot oil. Make a crumbly mixture with the help of hot oil .
- Add water little by little and make a smooth dough. Don't add too much water.
- Take a wok and heat oil in it.
- Use Murukku press for frying the Murukku .
- Don't over crowd the pan .
- You can make any shape according to your liking .
- Before frying don't forget to check the oil.
- Use paper towel to drain off excess oil.
- Serve it with tea or coffee.
