Easy Korean Potato Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Big Grated Potatoes(squeeze all the water)
  • ½ Cup Corn Starch
  • ½ Cup Scallion (Chopped)
  • ¼ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Gochugaru
  • Oil for cooking the pancakes.

Method
 

  1. After grating the potatoes ,mix everything together.
  2. If it still feels watery add some more corn starch.
  3. Heat some oil in the cast iron pan.SPread the oil in the pan with the help of a spatula or wooden spoon.
  4. Spread the grated potato mixture in a thin layer.Let the side which is cooking takes minimum effort to cook .Let it cook till the golden color comes.
  5. Turn it over and cook on the other side ,till looks golden.
  6. Slice the pancake ito atleast 4 pieces.,.
  7. Enjoy having it with soy sauce or schezwan sauce.
  8. Enjoy.
