Easy Kathal Kebab

Melt in mouth kathal ke kebab with my easy recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Canned Jackfruit/Kathal
  • 2+ Tbsp roasted besan / Sattu flour(if needed more for binding you can increase the quantity)
  • 1 Tbsp onion,finely chopped
  • 2 Green C.hilies.
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves
  • tbsp Grated /chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1. sp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt,to taste.

Method
 

  1. First step is to wash the canned jackfruit properly under the running water.
  2. Then pressure cook the jackfruit for 3 minutes in the instant pot .
  3. Take a food processor add jack fruit,ginger ,garlic and all the dry spices .Grind them into a smooth dough.
  4. Place all the jackfruit /Kathal dough in a large mixing bowl. Add finely chopped onion .chopped green chili,chopped mint ,chopped cilantro to it.
  5. Add roasted gramflour to the bowl and mix it
  6. Make sure that the dough is properly combined and add salt to it.
  7. Make medium size patties and arrange them on a plate.
  8. Take a flat griddle ,heat the griddle and brush with ghee to make sure they are golden from both sides.
  9. Remove it in a plate and serve them along some green chutney.
