Easy Hot & Sour Dumpling

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Store bought dumpling /gyoza
  • 2 Cups Water to cook the dumplings
  • 2 Tbsp Scallion Chili Oil
  • 1 Tsp Black Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
Scallion Chili Oil
  • 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Korean Chili Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Scallion,chopped
  • ½ Cup Hot cooking oil (make it very hot)
  • ½ Tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Cook the dumplings in two cups of water.Remove them on a plate and reserve the water for making sauce.
  2. Make everything together for scallion chili sauce.Keep aside.
  3. Take a serving bowl.Add one cup hot water (in which we have cooked dumplings)
  4. Add black vinegar/rice vinegar,scallion chili oil,dark soy sauce.
  5. Mix everything. Add cooked dumplings.
  6. Garnish with scallion and cilantro leaves.
  7. Enjoy with your friends and family.
