Ingredients
  

  • 6 Oz Noodles
  • ½ Cup Cucumber Sticks
  • ½ Cup Carrot Sticks
  • ¼ Cup Yellow bell pepper Sticks
  • ¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper Sticks
  • ½ Cup Scallion sticks
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • Cups Edamame Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
For Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt,very less (to taste)
  • 1 Pinch Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Spicy Chili Oil(More if you want_)
  • ½ Tsp Maple Syrup /Brown Sugar

Method
 

  1. Boil the noodles until al dente. Use little oil spray to coat the noodles so that they wont stick together.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into sticks and whisk the ingredients needed for dressing.
  3. Take a big salad bowl and add vegetable sticks. Mix everything. Pour the dressing over everything. Mix everything and make sure everything is coated nicely.
  4. Add basil leaves ,peanuts and sesame seeds. Mix everything and serve .
  5. Enjoy.
