Method
- Combine all the dry ingredients together and mix well.
- Add oil and mix nicely with your palm and fingers.
- It should be a crumbly mixture.
- Add warm water and start kneading the dough .
- Add water little by little. The dough should be firm .
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth or paper towel.
- While the dough rests,,heat oil in a wok or kadhai.
- Divide the dough into 2-3 bowls.
- Take a ball and roll out into a disc of same thickness.
- Cut into your desired shape.
- I have used cookie cutter .
- Keep the flame low to medium and and fry the Namakpare .Do not over crowd the wok.
- Drain the excess oil on the paper towel.
- Serve them with tea or coffee.
