Bihari Lauki Ka Raita

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Grated Boiled Lauki
  • 2 Cup Whisked Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Medium Chopped Fresh Chili

Method
 

  1. Grate lauki and boil till they are cooked and soft.
  2. Let it come to room temp. Remove the water by squeezing the boiled lauki.
  3. Make a smooth paste of mustard seeds and ginger.
  4. Mix everything in whisked yogurt.
  5. Add grated boiled lauki ,mustard oil and chopped fresh chili.
  6. Mix everything nicely. Keep it in the refrigerator and enjoy with your meal.
