Method
- Grate lauki and boil till they are cooked and soft.
- Let it come to room temp. Remove the water by squeezing the boiled lauki.
- Make a smooth paste of mustard seeds and ginger.
- Mix everything in whisked yogurt.
- Add grated boiled lauki ,mustard oil and chopped fresh chili.
- Mix everything nicely. Keep it in the refrigerator and enjoy with your meal.
