Method
- In a big mixing bowl add grated boiled potato ,beet root,and carrot .
- Add all the spices ,herbs and aromatics to the bowl.
- Mix everything to gether to form a smooth dough.
- Taste it now ,if something needs to add ,do it now.
- Make beetroot patties of small size and arrange cashew nuts on them.
- Take a flat griddle or pan, Heat it with some oil or ghee.
- Place kebab on the pan.
- Cook them on both sides till they feel crispy and cooked.
- Turn them over very carefully with the help of a flat spatula.
- Cook all the kebabs just like that.
- Serve them with salad and chutney.
- Enjoy.
