Beetroot Kebab

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium Grated Boiled Potato
  • 1 Small Beetroot,grated. Remove the water by squeezing it.
  • ½ Cup Carrot,grated,remove the water by squeezing.
  • 1 Green Chilies,chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
  • ½ Sattu /roasted gram flour
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Anardana /Dry Mango Powder
  • Tsp Garam Masala
  • Black Salt/Normal Salt,to taste
  • ½ Cup Fresh chopped Cilantro
  • ½ Cup Cashew Nuts

Method
 

  1. In a big mixing bowl add grated boiled potato ,beet root,and carrot .
  2. Add all the spices ,herbs and aromatics to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything to gether to form a smooth dough.
  4. Taste it now ,if something needs to add ,do it now.
  5. Make beetroot patties of small size and arrange cashew nuts on them.
  6. Take a flat griddle or pan, Heat it with some oil or ghee.
  7. Place kebab on the pan.
  8. Cook them on both sides till they feel crispy and cooked.
  9. Turn them over very carefully with the help of a flat spatula.
  10. Cook all the kebabs just like that.
  11. Serve them with salad and chutney.
  12. Enjoy.
