Beetroot & Green beans Pulao.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee /Cooking oil
  • ½ Cup Grated Beetroot
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Green Beans
  • ¼ Cup Roasted Cashew Nuts
  • ½ Tsp Red pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat ghee/oil in a wok or pan.Add cumin seeds .Let it splatter. Add chopped garlic and saute till it looks golden.
  2. Add green beans and grated beetroot to the pan.Cook them for 1 minute.Add cooked rice.cashew ,salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well and enjoy beetroot pulao with raita or any curry.
