Air Fryer Tomato Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 Tbsp Butter(vegan)if you prefer
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chutney /Any dip of your choice
  • ½ Small Cuccmber Slices
  • 1 Medium Tomato Slice
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese(Vegan) if you prefer
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Black Pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Method
 

  1. Take two slices of bread.Spread butter on all four sides .
  2. Spread green chutney on two slices(one side on each bread)
  3. Arrange tomato and cucumber one one of the slices. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of cucumber ,tomato.
  4. Cover with the second slice. Grill the sandwich in the air fryer at 370 F for 7-8 minutes.Turn them over in between to get that gorgeous crust.
  5. Repeat the process with other slices .
  6. Serve along with some soup or just like that.
