Air Fryer Lasooni Bhindi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fresh Bhindi/Okra
  • 5 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Lime /lemon juice
  • 1 Fresh Chili Pepper Optional.

Method
 

  1. Wash ,dry and slice the okra.
  2. Add all the spices,oil,salt ,minced garlic to the okra/bhindi.
  3. Mix everything.
  4. Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper or liner.
  5. Air fry at 350 F for 9-10 minutes.
  6. Do not overcrowd the air fryer otherwise, your okra won't be crispy.
  7. If possible do the air frying in batches.
  8. Remove on a serving bowl.
  9. Sprinkle some lime/lemon juice.
  10. Enjoy!!!
