Method
- Wash ,dry and slice the okra.
- Add all the spices,oil,salt ,minced garlic to the okra/bhindi.
- Mix everything.
- Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper or liner.
- Air fry at 350 F for 9-10 minutes.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer otherwise, your okra won't be crispy.
- If possible do the air frying in batches.
- Remove on a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle some lime/lemon juice.
- Enjoy!!!
