Method
- Take a big pan. Boil enough water with salt. Dip florets for 7-8 minutes into boiling water.
- Drain the water and dry off the cauliflower florets.
- Make a smooth batter using chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, baking soda, salt, and chopped cilantro.
- Preheat air-fryer at 360 F for 1 minute.
- Spray the basket with oil spray.
- Arrange batter-dipped florets in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd it.
- Spray them on top as well.
- Air fry them till they look golden and crispy. It will take 10-12 minutes.
- Shake the basket in between. Your time may increase or decrease depending on the size of your florets.
- Serve with your choice of dip.
