Ingredients
  

  • 2 Small Cabbage wedges
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder/Paprika
  • 1.5 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon/Lime Juice

  • 1 Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Dry the cabbage wedges and keep them aside.
  2. Dip the cabbage in hot water for five minutes.Dry them with a paper towel. Preheat the air fryer to 350 f .
  3. Brush the prepared marinade properly on the cabbage wedges.
  4. Take a piece of parchment paper and place that in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fryer them at 350 F till they are done according to their likning.
  6. Enjoy with creamy hummus or any dip..
