Air Fryer Batata Harra

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Big Peeled ,washed and cubed into one- inch potatoes.
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder/Cayenne Powder
  • ½ Tsp Chili/Red pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • ½ Cup Fresh Cilantro leaves Chopped.

Method
 

  1. Peel ,wash and make cubes of Potatoes.
  2. Add oil and a little bit of salt to them.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or liner.
  5. Spread the potatoes in one layer.Do not over crowd the basket.
  6. If your air fryer is small do that in two or three batches.
  7. Air fry at 350 F for 8-10 minutes. They will look golden and crisp.
  8. Whisk tomato sauce,chili powder,flakes,salt(to taste) and minced garlic together.
  9. Mix the sauce with potatoes and air fry them again for 4-5 minute at 350 F.
  10. Turn them in between to prevent burning.
  11. Air fry them till they are cooked with a crispy golden layer .Do not burn the outer layer.
  12. Remove them on a serving plate.
  13. Add fresh chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  14. Stir to combine them together.
  15. Serve with your choice of main and enjoy.
