Ingredients
  

  • 12 Big Raw Mangoes
  • ½ Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1 Inch Ginger slice
  • Black Salt
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Cups Jaggery
  • Ice Cubes
For Making Pnna
  • Ice cubes
  • Cold Warer
  • Garnish with mint.

Method
 

  1. Wash the mangoes and cook them in an Instant pot on high pressure for 5 minutes.Let them cool and then remove the pulp ,place it in a grinder.
  2. Wash ginger ,green chili and mint.
  3. Make a smooth paste in the grinder.
  4. Take a small pan or a griddle .Roast cumin seeds till the aroma comes out.
  5. Make a fine powder of cumin seeds.Add all the spices,mint ,ginger and chili paste,mango pulp and jaggery to the jar.Grind everything to make a fragrant paste .Store this paste in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  6. Take a big jar or jug.Add around 2 spoons of aam panna conentrates and lots of ice cubes.
  7. Mix and serve .Enjoy.
