15 minute Paneer Masala- Quick Paneer Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 10-12 Cubes Paneer
  • 4 Tbsp Ghee /oil for sauteeing the paneer and for making the curry.
  • 1 Small /Medium Finelly chopped onion.
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce/Paste (1 tbsp)/Puree (3 tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (you can skip it)
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Slice /cut the paneer into your desired shape and size.
  2. Take a pan or wok Add ghee/oil and heat it.
  3. Add paneer cubes and shallow fry /saute till they are light golden in color. Remove them in a plate or bowl.
  4. Add Chopped onion and saute till they look golden in color.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell is gone. Add all basic spices and tomato sauce/paste /puree to the pan and saute till the oil is released.
  6. Add heavy cream now and saute for one minute. You need to add water at this time and add sauteed paneer cubes to the pan .
  7. Mix well ,cover and let it simmer for 3-4 minute on low flame with cover on the pan.
  8. Remove the lid ,garnish with some fresh cilantro and enjoy.
  9. Enjoy!!
