Easy Murukku
A savoury snacks from south of India ,traditionaly, made from rice flour.

- 1 ¼ Cups Rice flour
- ¼ Cup Dhaliya Powder(Pottukadalai powder
- 1 Tsp Ajwain /Caraway seeds
- ½ Tsp Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp Hot oil
- Salt according to taste.
Make a fine powder of Dhaliya.
Mix rice flour ,dhaliya powder ,salt ,chili powder,ajwain properly and then add hot oil. Make a crumbly mixture with the help of hot oil .
Add water little by little and make a smooth dough. Don't add too much water.
Take a wok and heat oil in it.
Use Murukku press for frying the Murukku .
Don't over crowd the pan .
You can make any shape according to your liking .
Before frying don't forget to check the oil.
Use paper towel to drain off excess oil.
Serve it with tea or coffee.
