Spicy Stir Fried Long Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Chinese Long Beans/Green Beans
  • 1 Small Chopped Onion
  • 4 Big Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Inch Chopped Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Small Chopped Tomato
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Sauce (Sriracha/Schezwan)

Instructions
 

  • Take a wok or frying pan. Heat cooking oil in it.
  • When its hot add chopped garlic and let it caramalize.
  • Add chopped onion and saute till it sweats and looks translucent.
  • Add long beans ,salt and turmeric to the pan.Stir it once and close the lid for one minute.
  • Remove the lid ,add red chili powder and tomato.
  • Cover it again for one minute.
  • Remove the lid once again. Mix the red chili sauce ,Cook on high medium flame.
  • Cook the beans till they look little caramelized (they won't be very dry ,because of the tomato )
  • Remove from the pan and serve with roti ,rice or just like that.
