Air Fried Kurkuri Bhindi

Crispy, crunchy, spicy, and tangy okra air fried and served with a dip of your choice. Vegan, gluten, free, and needs very little oil.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Okra/Bhindi
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tsp Pomegranate seeds Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Flour
  • Salt according to your taste
  • 1 Tsp Oil of your choice. I have used avocado oil.
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon/Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry okra.
  • Cut both the ends,Slice okra into thin long slices.
  • Mix all the spices and rice flour Mix okra slices well with spice mix. Mix oil as well.
  • Preheat air fryer on 400 f for 2-3 minute.
  • Air fry spice coated okra for 5-6 minutes. Make sure you turn them in between to prevent them from burning. Do it in two batches. Air fry them till they feel crisp and look light brown.
  • Serve them with a dip of your choice.
