Indian-style canapes made of mixed flour and topped with crunchy delicious beans, vegetables, and chutneys. These are the baked version of Chaat Katoris and are perfect for any get-together or party.

- ½ Cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Tbsp Semolina /Sooji
- 1 Tbsp Oil+ little extra for brushing
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Pinch of Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Stuffing for 6 Katories
- ½ Cup Boiled yellow peas /Chickpeas
- ⅓ Cup Boiled Potato
- ⅓ Cup Chopped Onion
- ¼ Cup Chopped Tomato
- ⅓ Cup Whisked Yoghurt
- ¼ Cup Green Chutney
- ¼ Cup Sweet Tamarind Chutney
- ¼ Cup Chopped Radish
- ⅓ Cup Pomegranate Arils
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Salt
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Chaat Masala
- ⅓ Cup Fine sev /Nylon Sev.
Making /Baking of Katories.
Mix all purpose flour ,whole wheat flour and Sooji .Add salt ,baking soda and oil to it .
Mix well .Add milk .Mix it well with the flour .It will appear crumbly.
With warm water make a tight dough .It should be soft but tight .
Do not use lots of water.
Cover the dough for 15 minutes .
Divide Dough into six parts.
Make tight dough balls of the same size.
Roll the dough ball according to your muffin tin size .Prick it with a fork.
Cover the muffin tin pockets with the rolled dough.
Pre- Heat the oven to 375 F.
Bake the muffin tray for around 8-10 minutes till it looks light brown .Your time can be slightly less or more depending on your oven .
Making of Chaat
Assemble every thing inside the katori .
Top it with all kinds of chutney and garnish .
Your katori chaat is ready to relish .
