This is the ultimate cake for any mango lover and the amazing thing is that this droolworthy, deliciously moist mango cake is eggless!
All purpose flour-1 1/4 cups
Condensed milk -1 tin, 14 oz
Mango puree-1 cup; I have used fresh kesar mangoes, since it’s mango season. You can use canned ones as well.
Baking Soda- 1 teaspoon
Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
Butter/Canola oil-1/3 cup
Pre -heat oven to 350 f.
Mix all purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder all together with a whisk.
Melt butter. Let it cool for some time.
Add condensed milk to it. Whisk it.
Add mango puree to it.
Divide flour into two parts and mix one by one in the mixture.
Incorporate it nicely, but don’t overmix it.
Pour it into a baking pan of your choice and bake it at 350 f for around 30 minutes.
Check with a toothpick to see if it is done or not.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool for some time.
Decorate it with berries and sprinkle some icing sugar on top. Serve.
Note- Baking time can increase or decrease depending on your oven.
Please butter your pan and then sprinkle some all purpose flour. remove all the excess flour and your pan is ready to bake.
