Fruit -Bottom Yogurt.
My kids love Fruit -Bottom Yogurt and for them, I thought of making this Real fruit, NO Sugar Yogurt.
Which is,Healthy, fresh
You can make it in under 15 minutes.
It may seem pointless to make your own fruit bottom yoghurt when there are so many options available in the market.
My point is it’s fun to make your own, you can take help of kids and most imp thing it’s not processed and loaded with sugar.
So this summer make something which is healthy and tasty to snack on.
Serve it chilled
Greek yogurt-2 cups,Sweetened with 1 table spoon of honey.
Strawberry -1 cup
Blueberry -1 cup
Honey -2 table spoon.
Corn starch -1 +1 teaspoon.
Salt -1/4 teaspoon
In a pan place strawberry ,honey and salt.
Stir it continuously .
Bring it to a simmer.
Mix one teaspoon starch with one teaspoon of water and add it to the pan.
Stir until thickened as per your liking.Allow to cool it on the kitchen table and then in the fridge for some time before layering with yogurt.
Make another batch with Blueberries.
Assemble as per your liking in a jar or glass.
keep it chilled in fridge before serving.
You can keep it in the fridge for upto 2 -3 days.
Your healthy breakfast /dessert fruit bottom yogurt is ready to eat.
