Cinnamon Rolls

These Cinnamon Rolls are absolutely addictive, lip smacking and delicious. . These are easy and if you have to bake it early next morning you can totally freeze it. Just thaw it before baking and it will be mind-blowing. One thing I like most about these Cinnamon rolls is that these are absolutely crowd pleaser. So next time if you have a PTA fundraiser /bake sale or an early morning breakfast party, you know what to do.


Dry Ingredient–

All-purpose flour-3 1/2 cups.

3 table spoon -sugar

Salt-pinch of.

Instant yeast-1 sachet.

Wet Ingredient-

Milk-1 cup

Water-1/3 cup


Brown sugar-3/4 cup

Cinnamon powder-3 table spoon

Salt -a pinch of

Melted butter to brush the dough.


Warm milk and water and mix it.

Mix dry ingredient with wet ingredient

Use your hand or Stand mixture to make a nice supple dough.

Cover it and let it rest for around 15 minutes.

On a flat counter roll this dough into a rectangular shape.

Don’t make it too thin.

Mix filling mixture together nicely.

Brush some melted butter on the rolled dough.

Now spread cinnamon filling mixture on it.

Leave little space on the sides all around the rolled dough.

Make a log shape.

Roll it tightly.

Tuck the last layer tightly and nicely.

Cut it in the same size with a sharp knife.

In a baking pan arrange all the cut pieces of rolls. Brush with butter.

Bake it on 350 f for 20 -25 minutes or it looks brown.

Making of Glaze.

Mix 4-5 table spoon of icing sugar with 1 table spoon of milk. make sure it’s not too runny. it should be a little thick.

Drizzle it on the Cinnamon rolls after it is cooling on the counter for 10 minutes.

Serve warm.
