These granola bars are easy to make and are made without any artificial colouring or sugar. These are the healthy replacement of sugar-laden store-bought granola bars. If you don't want to cut it into bars, use it as muesli or granola. Have this with a bowl of yoghurt and fresh fruit, and you are ready for the day.
Ingredients-
Rolled oats -1 ½ cups
Puffed rice-½ cups
¼ cup -Roasted Almonds
¼ cup -sunflower seeds
¼ cup of cranberries
¼ cup of honey
1 tablespoon of flax seeds or sesame seeds
Peanut butter or almond butter-¼ cup
Dates -1 cup
¼ cup honey

Method-
Dry roast oats and puffed rice.
In a food processor, crush dates.
I have used salted almonds and sunflower seeds, so I did not use any salt separately.
Now in a pan, add everything together. Don't cook it, just warm it to mix nicely.
Take a baking tray or sheet pan and butter/oil it.
Spread the mixture around.
With the help of your hand or back of the spoon ,set it tightly.
Keep it on the counter table for 3 hours. If you want it quick, keep it in the fridge for at least an hour.
Cut it with a sharp knife to form your desired shape.
You can store it for a week at room temperature.
Enjoy!!!
