Crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside these falafel balls are awesome in taste. It's such a simple recipe to eat with wrap, pita or just like that. Pair it with some type of hummus or dip and this will work like a charm on your taste buds.
Since I don't like the taste of parsley I have manipulated the recipe according to my taste buds. Feel free to add it if you want.
INGREDIENTS-
1 cup of soaked chickpeas.
1cup of cilantro leaves,
Garlic cloves-2
Salt-½ teaspoon
Ground cumin-1 teaspoon
Green chilli-chopped fine ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice -1 teaspoon
Black pepper-½ teaspoon
Chilli flakes.-according to taste.
All-purpose flour-two tablespoons
oil for frying.
METHOD-
Pulse all the ingredients into the food processor.
Adjust the seasoning.
Make small round balls out of it.
In a wok take oil for frying.
Fry till they look crunchy in texture.
Serve it with pita and hummus or make a wrap out of it.
Enjoy.
