Ripe bananas -3
All-purpose flour-1-1/2 cup
brown sugar-3/4 cups
Sunflower seeds-1/2 cup
Baking soda-1 teaspoon
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter(you can use canola oil as well)
Note- if using salted butter, then don’t use salt.
Vanilla essence-1/2 teaspoon.
Preheat oven to 350f.
Mix all the dry ingredient together.
Mash bananas with the help of a fork.
Mix all the wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients with wet.
Mix it nicely.
Put it in a loaf pan or any pan and bake for 40 -45 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean. I have used a Bundt cake pan, to give it a new look.
Note- your time can decrease or increase depending on your oven size.
Remove it from the oven.
Let the Bread rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
