Follow the dough recipe from my previous cheesy pesto bread blog.
Take 5-7 cloves of garlic, crush it and mix this with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Roll the dough and spread garlic oil mix on it.
Sprinkle some cheese.
Then fold this into a half moon shape.
Spread some more oil and garlic mixture on top of it.
Spread some dry Italian herbs, chilli flakes and fresh cilantro leaves.
Preheat the oven to 360f.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or till it gets done and has some colour on top.
Serve hot with olive oil for maximum enjoyment
